  • Great Mindset Coaching sessions are powerful conversations where you drive the agenda. I am there to ask you questions you may not have thought of and for us to understand you deeply so that you may meet yourself in a way that you haven’t before. When you have self awareness, you are able to close the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be.

  • All our sessions are virtual via google meets.

  • Changing old thought patterns and beliefs is not always a familiar or comfortable experience. What this means is, you no longer get to lean on things you have thought and believed for years. You must be willing to reassess your perspective on things. This takes trust in your coach but more so within yourself. But don’t worry. This is the beauty of growth. That is why my business is named after the marble rock; because before it became marble it had to undergo extreme pressure to become something beautiful and strong.
